Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their team. Assist in cleaning up and correcting contracts in SAP for Sales Support Team. Previous work in SAP is preferred. Attention to detail and communication with other team members is a must. Skills in Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and SAP is needed.

Assists the sales support team by providing daily administrative support and other tasks as assigned. 

The Sales Support Administrator I is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting daily sales activities. This entry-level role plays a vital part in maintaining customer satisfaction, optimizing processes, and facilitating effective communication between different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales representatives by preparing quotes, contracts, and sales orders.
  • Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM (SAP) systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process purchase orders and coordinate order fulfillment with relevant departments.
  • Generate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics, marketing) to facilitate sales activities.
  • Assist in organizing sales events or promotional campaigns as needed.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience

Salary/Rate: $25-$30/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
