Bringing more than 25 years of IT staffing and tech solutions experience, OKeefe has excelled in a variety of roles, including as the founder of his own IT staffing company.
OKeefe has built his career around a relationship-driven approach rooted in a consistent focus on uncovering high-value opportunities for clients. Over his successful career, he has regularly combined sales leadership, recruiting acumen, and hands-on technology fluency.

OKeefe launched his career as a recruiter at TekSystems, later joining Yoh IT, where he was a regular Presidents Club award winner. After climbing the ranks to branch manager, he managed sizable teams while continuing to produce at the individual level.
For more than a decade, OKeefe ran his own tech staffing firm focused on non-enterprise accounts. The experience of building a successful company from the ground up further grew his awareness of the technologies and services PTP is proud to offer.
OKeefe is especially fond of connecting with clients beyond the standard routine, using a variety of activities to help build rapport, like poker, pickleball, golf, and early-morning mountain bike rides.
A five-year letterman at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), he earned both his Bachelor of Science and MBA, taking advantage of extra eligibility from injury-triggered redshirting.
At PTP, OKeefe’s focus will be on growing the Charlotte market by pairing his experience and strong relationships with PTP’s nearly three decades of recruiting and consulting excellence. He’s eager to be able to support clients with PTP’s unique blend of proprietary AI and onshore, nearshore, and offshore talent solutions.
