Centered in the Charlotte area, Andrea joins Brent OKeefe as part of a team focused on growing PTP’s presence in the region. She’ll be tasked with forging new client relationships that bring the company’s unique range of “allshores” recruiting, consulting, and patent-pending AI solutions to organizations in need.
She brings more than 20 years of IT staffing experience to PTP, with a background that spans business development, client service, and tech talent strategy. She’s worked with firms like Dexian, Yoh, and The Judge Group, while supporting clients that include USAA, Lowe’s, Hearst Communications, Worldwide Techservices, and Charter Communications.
Andrea is recognized for building outstanding relationships to successfully align talent, management, and tech solutions with the strategic objectives of companies.

Andrea’s professional background also includes experience in HR, employee relations and onboarding, and compliance with laws and regulations.
In her new role at PTP, she will be joining business development efforts while working directly with hiring managers in the Carolinas to identify their unique needs and support them with the right talent, tech, and delivery solutions.
Andrea will also help promote awareness and adoption of PTP’s practical AI implementation offerings, from agentic software testing to data preparation to the company’s proprietary sales and recruiting automation solutions.
