Job Description
As the Business Development Executive, you will partner directly with the CEO and Vice President. You will be responsible for creating and executing new and existing strategies to acquire new business, optimize sales operations, and direct local operations staff in all related endeavors.
This is a full-time role with hybrid work schedule in our Park Ridge, IL office or 100% remote at Dallas, TX.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
- Maximize revenue through a proactive sales approach while improving efficiencies of the sales staff
- Grow both revenue and profitability
- Partner with the CEO and Vice President to develop new business capabilities and performance improvement plans
- Be accountable for achieving sales targets and the development of new business relationships
- Lead PTP in outside sales to vertical markets with high potential growth
- Lead and direct Sales Representatives Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to increase our presence in new and existing markets
