Job Description
- Language: Fluency in both Canadian French and English is required.
- Responsibilities:
- Process Documentation: Sit with our partner, , to understand and document their administrative, customer service, and accounting processes.
- Process Mapping: Assist with mapping processes to Client internal capabilities and processes.
- Task Analysis: Gain an understanding of how long different tasks take without conducting a formal time study.
- Facility Mapping: Process map at the facility and match process steps from Client against process steps.
- Skills and Experience:
- Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively gather and document requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and map business processes.
- IT Background: A solid IT background is preferred to understand technology solutions and optimize business processes.
- Deliverables:
- Flowchart Process Maps: Create flowchart process maps to visually represent the documented and mapped processes.
- Documented Detailed Steps for Ticket Refunds: Provide detailed documentation on how ticket refunds are handled.
- Documented Process and Accounting Information for Route Segments: Document the process and accounting information for how route segments are reconciled and how amounts owed to other transit partners are determined.
- Documented List of Reports: Provide a documented list of reports, including source data, what they contain, and sample copies.
- Gaps Analysis: Conduct a gaps analysis of Client capabilities and other processes.
