Job Description
Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their dynamic Marketing & Communications team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both print and digital design, a deep understanding of branding principles, and the ability to manage multiple projects with creativity and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design:
Design and produce high-quality graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, print materials, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Develop visually compelling branding materials, including logos, style guides, and promotional content.
Translate business goals and ideas into creative visual solutions.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual assets.
Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual identity and guidelines.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to create assets that align with strategic goals.
Interpret project briefs and provide innovative design solutions.
Present concepts and designs to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Incorporate feedback efficiently to refine and finalize designs.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Creative problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
