Job Description
As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and contribute to the overall recruitment process. Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to identify potential candidates.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews. Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback and updates.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews, communicate logistics, and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Update candidate profiles and track progress.
- Assist in Offer Process: Collaborate with hiring managers to extend offers and negotiate terms.

Salary: $40,000- $45,000 per year ( depends on experience level)
