Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex infrastructure and ERP implementation projects, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure and ERP implementation projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project alignment and success.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and communication plans.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of project milestones.
- Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with proven success in infrastructure and ERP-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Experience with enterprise ERP systems, ideally Oracle ERP (Cloud or On-Prem).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification.
- Familiarity with ITIL or infrastructure frameworks.
Salary/ Rate: $70/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract to hire position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
