Job Summary:
We are initiating the discovery phase for an exciting new project – the Auto Service Platform, which will include a combination of Batch and Real-Time integrations with various business systems and external vendors. To support this effort, we are seeking an experienced Integration Tech Lead to join our team and actively participate in discovery sessions, lead integration architecture planning, and design scalable and secure data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors during discovery to define integration requirements and strategies
- Design end-to-end integration solutions using Informatica IDMC, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Lead ETL/ELT design and development processes, including data mapping, transformation logic, and orchestration
- Implement batch and real-time integrations, utilizing event-driven architectures and patterns
- Integrate APIs using RESTful services and ensure secure data transfers using industry-standard protocols
- Deploy and manage IDMC workloads on AWS Cloud Platforms, ensuring optimal resource utilization
- Apply best practices in version control and CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab and Jenkins
- Ensure robust documentation, monitoring, and testing of all integration components
- Guide and mentor other developers and data engineers as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading integration projects and architecture design
- Strong expertise in ETL/ELT, data engineering, and transformation processes
- Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), including:
- Data Integration
- Cloud Application Integration
- Secure Agent Configuration
- Proficiency in REST API integration and secure data exchange protocols
- Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and associated design patterns
- Experience working with AWS cloud services to support data integration workloads
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and version control practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in the automotive services domain or similar complex integration environments
- Knowledge of API management platforms and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, SNS/SQS)
- Certification in Informatica IDMC or AWS is a plus
Salary/ Rate: $70-$80/hour on W2 (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week . Contract duration is 6 months with possible extensions. This position currently does not offer any benefits.
