We are currently seeking an AV Technician with experience in Audio/Visual (AV) systems.

Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Level 3 help desk support with specialization in AV (audio/visual).
- Ability to respond to IT tickets both remotely and onsite for issues such as POS downtime, Wi-Fi connectivity, or AV playback problems.
- Capable of troubleshooting and escalating complex issues to internal IT, Edge HQ, or 3rd party vendors as appropriate.
- Strong documentation skills to record existing IT inventory and build configurations at each site for standardization later.
Rate: $27/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week. Contract duration is 12 months with possible extensions.
