Job Description
The Bot Developer writes and maintains code within our Multi-Channel AI Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have experience in JavaScript, and interacting with Large Language Models.
As a Bot Developer, you will:
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the design, sizing, and refinement of new features
- Participate in the ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance of software and features already in production
- Interact with other business areas such as Support and Product to ensure the needs of our customers are being met
- Perform code reviews of your work as well as code reviews of your peers
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of heavy development experience using JavaScript
- Experience integrating with third-party REST APIs
- Strong experience in software design, development, and implementation of highly scalable, high-volume software systems and client-facing web applications
- Experience working with other business units and engineers to create requirements and execution plans
Location: Remote
Rate: $28-60/hour (depends on experience level and location). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
