PTP, global leader in AI-first technical recruiting and consulting, opens the branch under the guidance of industry veteran and new Client Partner Cris Kliczak. He will support the entire state with a focus on the cities of Madison and Milwaukee.
Originally from Minnesota, Cris brings more than 20 years of experience spanning recruiting, sales, new account development, and team management. His move to Milwaukee in 2009 continued a run of success at Modis, where Cris established the firm’s presence in the region over the next decade.
Over the course of his entire career, he has developed and sustained his reputation for building quality, lasting client relationships and providing talent solutions and technical services that support real business needs. In his most recent position at GlobalSource IT, Cris was responsible for 100% new business development, showcasing his skill at opening doors and growing opportunities.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Cris has firmly embraced Wisconsin, spending much of his career helping area organizations grow through strategic staffing and tech solution partnerships.
