This position will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, architects, integration teams, and product owners to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate has strong declarative Salesforce expertise, enjoys solving complex business problems through configuration rather than code, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Platform Administration:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform, supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Slack, and Data Cloud environments.
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, Dynamic Forms, validation rules, approval processes, and business logic.
  • Manage users, profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, roles, queues, public groups, and sharing rules.
  • Monitor platform health, performance, and adoption while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot user issues, resolve production support requests, and maintain platform stability.

Business Process Automation:

  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate business processes.
  • Modernize legacy automation by converting Workflow Rules and Process Builder automations into Flow.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable declarative solutions.
  • Ensure automation follows Salesforce best practices and minimizes technical debt.

Platform Configuration & Optimization:

  • Configure Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, Record Types, Path, Kanban, List Views, Reports, Dashboards, and Email Templates.
  • Recommend and implement platform enhancements that improve user experience, efficiency, and adoption.
  • Participate in release planning, testing, deployment validation, and change management activities.
  • Maintain Salesforce documentation, configuration standards, and administrative procedures.

Data Management & Data Quality:

  • Maintain data integrity through validation, duplicate management, and governance processes.
  • Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and migration activities using Data Loader and Salesforce data tools.
  • Assist with data architecture initiatives supporting Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) and enterprise reporting.
  • Monitor data quality and recommend improvements to support AI, reporting, and analytics initiatives.

Security & Governance:

  • Administer Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, field-level security, object permissions, sharing settings, and role hierarchy.
  • Partner with Information Security teams to implement security enhancements and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Perform periodic security reviews and user access audits.
  • Support governance initiatives that improve platform stability and reduce technical risk.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Salesforce developers, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and enterprise integration teams.
  • Support enterprise projects involving Salesforce integrations with internal and third-party applications.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to maximize Salesforce adoption.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend new features that improve business capabilities.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce functionality, including Agentforce, AI capabilities, and Data Cloud features.
  • Promote Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and scalable configuration approaches.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify administration and improve user productivity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and API-based connected applications.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.

As part of that commitment, we believe in providing clear information about how our hiring technologies work and how your data is used. The following section outlines our AI-assisted interview process and your rights as a candidate.

AI-Assisted Interview Experience (Pete & Gabi – Rebecca):

To provide a consistent, fair, and flexible experience for all candidates, we use AI-assisted tools to support parts of the interview process. This includes our proprietary AI platform Pete & Gabi, which includes AI recruiter Rebecca.

These AI hiring tools help us:

  • Conduct recorded video interviews
  • Transcribe interviews
  • Summarize candidate responses

  • Streamline communication and scheduling

Please note that:

  • The AI does NOT make hiring decisions; all decisions are made by our human recruiters, hiring managers, or client partners.

If you prefer a non-AI interview format, we will gladly provide an alternative.

Technical or Case Interviews (Role-Dependent):

When applying for certain tech jobs, you may participate in:

  • A technical interview
  • A coding challenge
  • A case study
  • A client-specific assessment

We will always explain what to expect in advance so you can prepare with confidence.

Human Review & Selection: +

Every candidate’s profile—including interviews, conversations, and assessments—is reviewed by experienced recruiters and hiring leaders.

AI insights may assist with organization and evaluation, but final decisions are always human-driven.

Your Rights as a Candidate: +

At PTP, every candidate has the right to:

  • Request a non-AI interview path
  • Ask how your data is being used
  • Request access to transcripts or interview recordings
