Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their team. The Senior Business Systems Analyst (Sr BSA) will lead efforts to bridge business needs with technological solutions, providing advanced support and guidance to both business partners and development teams. This senior-level position involves technology discovery, in-depth process analysis, leading business requirements definition to successful completion strategic involvement in corporate initiatives, and functional oversight of complex projects. You will be a member of the Business Engagement Team and the project liaison between partner subject matter experts and the Information Technology team. This position is highly visible and interacts with partners within a specific Business Unit. The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for effective communication between partners and management as well as other support members and the Information Technology team. Additionally, the Sr BSA will guide less experienced or new team members, lead quality test planning efforts, elaborate detailed use cases that elucidate user experience requirements, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and oversee deployment communications. This role requires extensive experience in the role ensuring high-impact project outcomes and continuous improvement within.
This Sr BSA role has a primary focus on Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Health & Safety, and Engineering. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in production processes, plant operations, and manufacturing systems, supporting initiatives such as IT-OT convergence, ERP, MES, LIMS, QMS/LIMS, labeling, product traceability, maintenance and CMMS, and continuous improvement technologies. The Sr BSA will work with Operations and plant leaders and cross-functional operations teams to optimize end-to-end manufacturing workflows, enhance operational reliability, ensure data and process integrity, and drive technology solutions that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance across manufacturing network.
