Job Description:
Our client is looking for an Tag Manager. This is a 3-month, project-based engagement to lead analytics and tracking implementation for a website rebuild on a modern content operations platform such as Sanity.io or similar.
The Tag Manager will own the GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup end to end, including defining tracking requirements, implementing tags and events, managing QA, and delivering documentation. This role also owns project management for the analytics workstream, coordinating with marketing, web, and engineering teams to ensure tracking is implemented correctly and ready for launch.
The ideal candidate has previously served as the sole owner of GA4 and GTM implementations for new website launches or rebuilds and can operate independently while keeping stakeholders aligned through clear planning and communication.

This role is for a senior, hands-on analytics specialist who is comfortable owning both the technical implementation and delivery of a clearly defined project. It is not a junior analyst role and not a reporting-only position.
Rate: $12-$15/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
