Job Description:
Work Designation: Home-based (Remote). Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CST or similar US business hours). Equipment: Candidate to use their own or supplier-owned PC/MAC, accessing systems via Virtual Desktop. Rate: $50-55/hr, W2. Engagement Type: Contract.
Project Overview: This role supports a large-scale enterprise initiative to replace 34,000 computers by the end of Q1 2027. The project requires extensive coordination to clean, process, and format user and device data, as well as project coordination work to ensure PC orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
Position Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the business areas involved in this large-scale device migration. This individual will manage cross-team coordination, keep deployment activities on track, and proactively resolve issues that arise throughout the rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate business areas involved in the migration effort
- Triage automation issues as they arise and work with technical teams to resolve them
- Coordinate and monitor deployment labs to ensure they stay on track and on schedule
- Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve problems throughout the deployment process
- Act as a liaison across teams to keep the 34,000-device replacement project on schedule
- Track progress against project milestones and escalate risks or delays as needed
- Support communication and alignment between business stakeholders and technical/deployment teams
- Help ensure data and process readiness ahead of each phase of the rollout
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in business analysis and/or project coordination, ideally within a large-scale IT asset or device deployment context
- Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across teams and timelines
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability - comfortable "hunting down" and resolving blockers independently
- Experience triaging and coordinating resolution of automation or process issues
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to stay organized and keep deployment activities on track amid rapidly changing priorities
Preferred Skills:
- Power BI experience, to help build reporting dashboards off project/deployment data
Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized coordinator who thrives on keeping complex, multi-team projects on track. They should be comfortable identifying and resolving issues independently, communicating clearly across business and technical teams, and adapting quickly as priorities shift throughout a large-scale, fast-moving deployment.
Salary/Rate: $50-$55/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week
