Job Summary:
To support ongoing projects, our client is in need of a qualified NetSuite consultant who can handle scripting, administration, and integration tasks.
Ideal candidate profile:
o Experienced Netsuite Technical Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise.
o Proficient in SuiteScript (JavaScript-based scripting for Netsuite).
o Skilled in Netsuite administration (roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches,reports).
o Familiarity with API integrations to Netsuite.
o Strong communication skills for ticket refinement and collaboration.
o Familiarity with Salesforce, and MuleSoft integration.
Responsibilities:
o Primary
- Develop and maintain custom scripts using SuiteScript.
- Configure and administer Netsuite (roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches).
- Collaborate with the team to refine and deliver tickets.
- Support integrations between Netsuite and other platforms.
o Secondary
- Assist with troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Provide guidance on best practices for Netsuite customization.
- Support documentation and knowledge transfer.
Day-to-day work:
o Participate in daily stand-ups and ticket planning.
o Review, refine, and complete tickets with the product team.
o Write and deploy SuiteScript for custom functionality.
o Configure Netsuite settings and workflows.
o Collaborate with integration specialists for Salesforce/MuleSoft connections.
o Test and validate changes before deployment.
o Present product, functionality demos.
o Facilitate UAT, document and teach procedures to business stakeholders.
o Provide support for issues raised during sprints.
Technical environment:
o ERP: Netsuite
o Integration Platform: MuleSoft
o CRM: Salesforce
o Development: SuiteScript (JavaScript), REST/SOAP APIs
o Methodology: Agile/Scrum
Must have Qualifications:
o Senior level candidate
o First class communication skills to collaborate with team and refine tickets.
o Experience working in smaller teams with minimal supervision; high self-accountability.
o Proven experience as a Netsuite consultant.
o Strong SuiteScript development skills.
o Netsuite administration experience.
o Understanding of Netsuite workflows and customization.
o Ability to work in agile environments.
o Knowledge of financial processes within Netsuite.
o Strong problem-solving skills.
o Ability to present demos and document new product procedures for stakeholders.
Preferred experiences/ skills
o Proficiency in Salesforce Engineering , or MuleSoft integration (high preference).
o Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
o Familiarity with Aria or reoccurring billing systems
