Rabson and Mason each bring nearly a decade of industry experience to PTP. Both have deep knowledge of the Houston market and proven success building successful, lasting client relationships.
Doug Mason has spent his entire career in Houston with a focus on scaling client programs across industries. A recognized enterprise account leader, his focus remains on building trust and providing consistently high value to clients.

Doug partners with Macey Rabson, who brings her own impressive track record in staffing, as well as in leadership roles in client relations and business development. With a BS in Business Marketing from the University of Mississippi, Rabson began her career in Houston at Collabera, quickly earning promotion and breaking numerous new clients before moving on to Rivalry Technologies as a Customer Success Manager.
At Rivalry, she gained valuable experience with long-term partnership development and client success before returning to staffing at GDH where she earned “Rookie of the Year” honors.
Rabson has continued to build on this success. She specializes in helping enterprise organizations align their technology initiatives with scaling workforce solutions across cybersecurity, infrastructure, AI, cloud, engineering, and digital transformation.
At PTP, she will focus on growing long-term, strategic partnerships across the Houston energy market, as well as in manufacturing, telecommunications, and infrastructure.
She is excited to leverage the company’s AI-driven approach combined with global delivery capabilities, enabling her to support her clients through both specialized talent and scalable project solutions.
