He will pair with Milwaukee’s Cris Kliczak as part of a team bringing PTP’s unique array of AI, consulting, and talent offerings to the region.
With 20 years of experience in IT consulting, staffing, direct hire, and training, David Pearre developed his skills and extensive network while working with a number of respecting firms including Rober Half, The Judge Group, Artech, and Cornerstone Global Partners.
While at Artech, Pearre built a successful book of business, greatly expanding the Chicago market while extending into Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan. He earned multiple promotions on way to becoming Managing Director, in the process being recognized as a consistent, hands-on leader.
At Cornerstone Global Partners, he played a key role in establishing their US business model, operational framework, commission structure, and growth engine. He led full-cycle sales and recruitment operations, including prospecting, client acquisition, contract negotiation, closing, internal hiring, and team development.
In both 2024 and 2025, he distinguished himself as one of the company’s top global producers by consistently exceeding goals, earning back-to-back recognition in CGP’s Big Biller Club and ranking among the company’s top 10 billers globally.
Pearre has developed a strong reputation for building successful sales and recruiting teams while continuing to deliver at the highest level for both his own clients and candidates.
His approach is centered around understanding his clients, candidates, and the rapidly evolving market dynamics. He loves working closely with organizations on what they need, helping them land top talent and working to improve tech staffing processes overall.

In late 2024, David Pearre and his family relocated to Madison from Lake Forest, Illinois, in the process helping Cornerstone Global Partners build their US market and territories from the ground up.
