Job Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled Change Management Consultant to lead and support organizational change initiatives across a global environment. This role focuses on the people side of change—ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, technologies, and organizational structures.

The ideal candidate will bring a structured approach to change management, enabling smooth transitions, minimizing resistance, and maximizing employee engagement and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support project and organizational initiatives
  • Drive user adoption, engagement, and proficiency for changes impacting employees
  • Partner with project teams and business stakeholders to integrate change management activities into overall project plans
  • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations
  • Design and implement communication, training, and engagement plans
  • Identify and mitigate change resistance through proactive strategies
  • Monitor and measure change effectiveness, adoption metrics, and user feedback
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget by improving adoption outcomes
  • Support changes related to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers to support change initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5–7 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related field
  • Proven experience delivering change management in a global organization
  • Strong understanding of structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prosci Change Management Certification strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level transformations (digital, systems, or organizational)
  • Background working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

Salary/Rate: $60-$65/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
