Our client is seeking a highly experienced NPI Project Manager to lead complex R&D-driven New Product Introduction (NPI) and product development initiatives from concept through commercialization. This role will drive cross-functional engineering execution across R&D, manufacturing, testing, supply chain, and operations while ensuring alignment with SPDP/stage-gate governance, product validation, industrialization, and launch readiness. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience managing engineering development programs, mitigating technical and schedule risks, coordinating prototype and validation activities, and ensuring successful product launches in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
