Job Description:

Our client is seeking a L3-Business Analyst to join their team. Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and user stories.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Translate high-level product goals into detailed business and functional requirements in JIRA.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and proper implementation.
  • Support the development and refinement of user epics and stories for agile workflows.
  • Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas of improvement or automation.
  • Support user research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Support the measurement and reporting of product performance using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation such as process flows, data models, use cases, and test scenarios.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT), validating features against requirements.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or equivalent role in a digital or enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working with agile development teams and processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Suite.

Experience Preferred:

  • Background in digital web applications or enterprise software, preferably within hospitality or B2B sectors.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS solutions, integrations, APIs, Figma
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Key Competencies:

  • Ability to synthesize complex business problems into clear and actionable requirements.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • English language fluency for both written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail while maintaining a focus on broader business outcomes.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for delivering value to end-users.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area and 7 or more years of relevant experience.

Salary/Rate: $60-$75/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
