We’re Hiring: Senior Account Manager – IT Staffing (High-Growth Role)

Locations: Houston, TX | St. Louis, MO | Kansas City, MO | Austin, TX | Columbus, OH | Indianapolis, IN | Atlanta, GA | Des Moines, IA

Work Type: 100% Remote

At PTP, we’re expanding rapidly across the U.S. and looking for experienced Sr. Account Managers / Business Development professionals/Client Partners who can drive new client acquisition and grow long-term partnerships.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $110,000
  • Uncapped Commission (High earning potential – $200K+ OTE)
  • Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own end-to-end client acquisition — from prospecting to closing
  • Build and scale new accounts within your territory
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Sell IT staffing solutions including Staff Augmentation, SOW, and Managed Services
  • Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure quality delivery and faster closures
  • Represent PTP at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Professional Staffing sales
  • Proven success in new business development (hunter mindset)
  • Experience managing and growing client relationships and accounts
  • Strong understanding of SOW, Managed Services, and staffing models
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-performance environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and networking events
