Job Description:

Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (24 Hours Weekly) 

Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with a positive and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering weekly food service as needed
  • Assist staff with general inquiries and provide information to visitors

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure

Salary/Rate: $30-$32/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 24 hours/ week.
