Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead from the front in a hands-on, player-coach capacity. This role is ideal for a sales leader who excels in both new business development and team leadership. You will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition, expanding client relationships, and managing a small team of Account Managers/Client Partners. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development — identify, pursue, and close new client accounts
  • Build and expand long-term client relationships within your territory
  • Lead and manage a team of AMs / Client Partners, driving performance and accountability
  • Stay actively involved in key deals and client conversations
  • Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams for successful execution

What You’ll Be Selling:

  • Project-based work / SOW (Statement of Work)
  • Staff Augmentation: Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Permanent

Travel:

  • Up to 30% travel based on business needs (local, Midwest, Central, East Coast)

Growth & Opportunity:

  • Own and scale your territory end-to-end
  • Expand into broader leadership responsibilities
  • Play a key role in evolving PTP into a Professional Services-driven organization
  • High visibility, direct revenue impact, and strong growth trajectory

Ideal Background:

  • Experience in IT Staffing / Consulting sales
  • Proven success in new business (new logo acquisition)
  • Experience managing or mentoring AMs / Client Partners
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, high-ownership environment

Salary: $130K to $150K + Benefits + Commissions (depends on experience level).
