Job Description:

Our Company is seeking a motivated Junior Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend development to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for a candidate with solid foundational experience in React.js and a working knowledge of Java for backend development.

You will collaborate with a team of developers and designers to deliver high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about building intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js
  • Assist in building and integrating backend services using Java
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and team meetings
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in web development

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience as a Full-Stack or Frontend Developer
  • Proficiency with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Basic understanding of Java for backend development
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and version control tools (e.g., Git)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Park Ridge, IL (4 days/week)

Salary: $50,000 per year ( depends on experience level)
