Job Description:

Our client is seeking for a Opera Project Coordinator to join the Global Property Management team to assist in the transition of hotels to OHIP with all systems that integrate with Opera Cloud globally.

Position Responsibilities:

The OHIP Project Coordinator is critical with supporting and communication with hotels and vendors globally to prepare for and execute the complete transition of our hotels from all OXI platform systems to OHIP to operate in Opera Cloud. This position will primarily be responsible for planning, prioritization and executing communication and collaboration with hotels and vendors.

Experience And Qualifications:

  • Coordination of vendor readiness, checklist and processes to assist and guide hotels through pre-, mid-, and post implementation
  • Coordination with the Project Manager on communication and touch-base calls, including implementing migration strategies
  • Track project tasks, milestones, and deliverables across all phases
  • This position will collaborate and organize between internal and external teams
  • Ability and willingness to operate in a fast paced, complex system/global corporate environment
  • Ability to support change management effectively.
  • Ability to develop and deliver implementation processes and checklists
  • Ability to be flexible with working hours to account for the projects global scope
  • Support communication for OHIP migration readiness
  • Track vendor responses, timelines, and requirements
  • Route vendor questions to appropriate technical team

Salary/Rate: $40-$45/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
