Job Description:

Our client is seeking an effective, action-oriented manager to join our Global Learning & Capability Building team. This role is responsible for executing and continuously improving the Brand Immersion training program.

The Brand Immersion training program is aligned to sales enablement, equipping developers with the knowledge and tools to understand, position, and apply brand standards in real-world development and deal contexts. This role focuses on translating brand standards and experience principles into practical, commercially relevant learning that supports deal development and owner engagement.

This is a hands-on role responsible for building, delivering, and improving learning experiences. You will partner closely with brand, development, and growth teams to ensure learning drives real-world application and business outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end execution of the Brand Immersion training program (creation of new modules, rollout, and continuous improvement)
  • Build and deliver end-to-end learning experiences, including outlining content, defining flow, and creating engaging and interactive elements
  • Translate brand pillars and development standards into clear, practical learning for developers
  • Create and refine learning content, including drafting copy, structuring modules, and developing interactive components
  • Partner closely with design resources to translate content into clear, visually effective learning materials
  • Ensure learning experiences are engaging, practical, and applicable to real-world development scenarios
  • Manage stakeholders, timelines, and priorities across a matrixed environment
  • Measure effectiveness, gather feedback, and iterate quickly
  • Leverage AI and tools to accelerate content development and program execution

Experience And Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement or Program Management
  • Proven experience executing programs end-to-end
  • Strong ability to translate concepts into practical, usable outputs
  • Comfortable operating as a hands-on builder in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and real-world application

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting sales enablement or commercial teams (training, not collateral)
  • Experience designing blended learning solutions
  • Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and learning ecosystems
  • Experience using data to evaluate and improve learning effectiveness
  • Experience with modern content tools (e.g., Articulate, Synthesia, Canva)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Education, or related) or equivalent practical experience. Non-traditional backgrounds equally valued.

Salary/Rate: $60-$65/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.

  • Matching professionals with the right IT jobs and career opportunities

As part of that commitment, we believe in providing clear information about how our hiring technologies work and how your data is used. The following section outlines our AI-assisted interview process and your rights as a candidate.

AI-Assisted Interview Experience (Pete & Gabi – Rebecca):

To provide a consistent, fair, and flexible experience for all candidates, we use AI-assisted tools to support parts of the interview process. This includes our proprietary AI platform Pete & Gabi, which includes AI recruiter Rebecca.

These AI hiring tools help us:

  • Transcribe interviews
  • Summarize candidate responses
  • Generate job-related insights
  • Streamline communication and scheduling

Please note that:

  • The AI does NOT make hiring decisions; all decisions are made by our human recruiters, hiring managers, or client partners.
  • The AI does not evaluate facial expressions, emotions, or physical traits; it is used only to support fairness, consistency, and efficiency.

If you prefer a non-AI interview format, we will gladly provide an alternative.

Technical or Case Interviews (Role-Dependent):

When applying for certain tech jobs, you may participate in:

  • A technical interview
  • A coding challenge
  • A case study
  • A client-specific assessment

We will always explain what to expect in advance so you can prepare with confidence.

Human Review & Selection: +

Every candidate’s profile—including interviews, conversations, and assessments—is reviewed by experienced recruiters and hiring leaders.

AI insights may assist with organization and evaluation, but final decisions are always human-driven.

Your Rights as a Candidate: +

At PTP, every candidate has the right to:

  • Request a non-AI interview path
  • Ask how your data is being used
  • Request access to transcripts or interview recordings
  • Request deletion of your AI-recorded interview
  • Receive clear, timely communication

Our goal is to ensure you feel respected, informed, and supported throughout your experience.

We’re committed to a hiring process that is:

  • Transparent
  • Compliant
  • Equitable
  • Powered by innovative technology that enhances—not replaces—human judgment
